It all starts with a concept, a vision, an idea. Realization of that initial idea can require many different technology areas. My broad experience in hardware, software and systems development makes that happen.
Taking that initial concept and developing it into a final product is an area that I have excelled at over the course of my career. With experience in many technical development areas, I develop a plan that defines what is required, and which areas of technology will be best suited to realize the final product.

Blending Agile and Traditional Management Practices
Current Agile and SAFe methodology solutions blended with traditional practices based on prior experiences with CMMI and PMI organizational practices. Taking the best of these methodologies and applying them where applicable in a manner that works effectively for the organization. Providing senior management what they require while enabling teams to efficiently do their work.
Software Development
Embedded real time system experience, extensive graphical user interface development, RFID system solutions and enterprise system management software.
Jira Administration
Extensive experience in deployment and maintaining large scale Jira systems. From initial system configuration, to development of new custom features and functionality additions to better serve the user community needs.
Implementing custom workflows, scripted fields, listeners, behaviors and extensions of the base product.
Hardware Development
Experienced in all aspects of hardware development from circuit design, to prototypes, to board layout and production. Mechanical engineering of enclosures and compliance with Military standards for fielded systems.
